We want YOU to tell us where you check in
We love hearing user stories about how checking in impacts your life: marriage proposals via foursquare, saving lots of bucks via Specials, discovering new spots around you via Explore. And while we love seeing the tweets and blog posts, we want to put faces to those stories. So, we’re putting together a supercut of your favorite check-ins.
Submit your “I just checked in” clip by uploading a response to our video on YouTube, and don’t forget to include the hashtag #4sqVid in all of your tweets, photos, videos, and check-ins!
Don’t have a video camera or video phone? Not a problem. Just get a picture of you checking in to your favorite venue and send us a link to the photo by commenting on this Flickr page.
Just to recap what we’re looking for:
- Film yourself in or in front of your favorite venue so we can see where you are.
- Upload the clip to our YouTube page or post a photo on our Flickr page.
- Tell your friends and encourage them to share also!
Pro tip for having your clip included: make sure to keep it short and sweet (under 10 seconds) and tell us why you checked in. Be creative! Have fun with it! Make sure to upload it by next Friday (September 16) at noon EDT so we can start editing. What are you waiting for?
