3 Easy ways to find your way around campus using foursquare! #4sqOnCampus
Where’s the closest dining hall to my new evening class? What was that new burger place my friends were talking about? Where should I take my parents when they visit? Whether you’re a freshman just getting your bearings or a senior looking for new places to try, foursquare can help you find what you’re looking for!
1. Search for whatever you’re craving with Explore

With Explore on your phone or on the web, you can search for everything from nearby dining halls, to coffee shops, to spicy food. Whatever you search for, we’ll give you tips and photos with your results, and we’ll let you know which of your friends have been to them.
Drag the map around or zoom in or out so you can find a place in pajama-wearing distance, or if you’re in a rut, filter your results by places ‘I haven’t been to yet’ so you can try something new! Don’t forget to check in and leave your own tips and photos to help your friends and fellow classmates out.
2. Be your own campus guide

Follow a list in your area, or one from your university’s foursquare page. You can find great spots, like special places to hit up during homecoming week, the best pizza in your neighborhood, or study spots.
On each list’s page you can see where each place on the list is and plan your journeys accordingly (it works on your phone, too!).
3. Get savvy with a campus map

Head to your university’s foursquare page to get great tips, lists and photos about your campus. Plus, see a map of your campus with all the spots closest to you, libraries and classrooms to dining halls and fitness centers.
Drag the map around to find more spots (like to where your potential dorm or apartment might be next year!), and click through to find out more about each place.
