Just over two weeks ago we released #allnew4sq – our completely re-imagined app, torn apart and rebuilt anew to make it even easier to share and save your experiences and discover amazing things nearby, as soon as you open up the app. Today, we’re excited to bring the update to our BlackBerry community.
Like with iPhone and Android, we’ve streamlined the app down to three main tabs, along with an ever-present check-in button. On BlackBerry, you’ll find these tabs on the top right, with the check-in button below them.
The friends tab displays a photo-filled stream of all your friends activity on foursquare, with the ability to easily ‘like’ and comment on check-ins.
The Explore tab shows friends nearby, plus instant personalized recommendations for what to do. Tap ‘Top Picks’ to browse categories, or search for whatever you’re craving.
Your profile tab now features a bio section (which you can edit in your settings), plus your stats, photos, lists, and more, and the ability to scroll through all your past activity.
