Have questions about using foursquare? It’s now easier than ever to find the answers.
About a month ago, we launched #allnew4sq, streamlined to make it even easier for you to find places and friends nearby. Now, we’ve given the same treatment to our once-clunky support site. Though some people find clunky things adorable, we are excited to unveil our simple, sleek, and easy-to-navigate help center. It’s the fastest way to get answers to all your burning foursquare questions.

Now when you go to support.foursquare.com, you’ll notice we’ve reorganized the site around intuitive subjects and articles designed to get you to the right answer, choose-your-own-adventure style. For example, having trouble adding a location? The answer is two simple clicks away. Just like before, you can also search for anything you’re having trouble with. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just tweet @4sqSupport for additional assistance, or file a support request.
A lot of work went on under the hood to make the pretty site you see today. We edited hundreds of entries, and worked with our friends at Zendesk on a complete design overhaul.
So take a look! If you notice anything that’s missing from the help center, tweet @4sqSupport with the hashtag #MIA, and both foursquare support and pop-sensation MIA will respond to your concerns.
