Got a great check-in you want to let your friend know about? Tag them on Facebook and Twitter!
Want to let a friend know that you’re trying the dish they recommended, invite them to join you at the bar, or let the world know you’re hanging out with them? You can mention them in your foursquare check-in, and automatically tag them on Facebook and Twitter too!
1. On the check-in screen, start typing your foursquare friend’s name.
2. Tap their picture when it pops up.
3. To share on Facebook or Twitter, tap the icons at the bottom of the screen so they light up.
That’s it! While we won’t check your friends in (that’s up to them!), we’ll tag them on Facebook or @mention them on Twitter (as long as they’ve linked their accounts to foursquare).
