Spend £10, get £10 when you check in at the London Restaurant Festival & swipe your Amex card
Tapas tours and prix fixe menus – fine dining doesn’t have to be pricey. In May, Foursquare-powered American Express specials made their way across the pond to the UK. And now, during the London Restaurant Festival from October 1 to 15, Amex Cardmembers who check in on Foursquare at participating restaurants will get a £10 credit on their statement when they spend £10 or more.
Redeeming your £10 is easy: check in at one of the over 500 festival restaurants, tap ‘Load to Card’ on the special screen, and pay with your American Express ® Card. No need to show your phone to the waiter – you’ll see the credit on your statement within a few days. (Note: only one credit will be awarded per person.)
